Introduction

ROI Estimator ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who use our ROI Estimator platform and related services.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who may receive it, and the choices available to you regarding your information.

By using the ROI Estimator platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when completing an ROI Estimator interview or assessment.

This information may include:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Information about your coaching, consulting, training, or development experience

  • Responses to survey and interview questions

  • Estimates of business, professional, financial, or organizational impact

  • Feedback regarding outcomes, results, and value received

  • Technical information such as device type, browser type, IP address, and usage information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless it is voluntarily included in your responses.

How We Use Information

We use information collected through ROI Estimator to:

  • Generate individualized ROI Reports and related participant deliverables

  • Help participants understand and communicate the impact and value of their coaching, consulting, training, or development experience

  • Produce Cohort Reports and aggregated analyses that help sponsoring organizations evaluate overall program outcomes and return on investment

  • Conduct internal analytics and research

  • Improve our products, methodologies, assessments, and reporting capabilities

  • Develop industry benchmarks and comparative insights

  • Maintain, secure, and support our services

  • Comply with legal and contractual obligations

Individual participant responses are used to generate personalized ROI Reports, when applicable, and to contribute to aggregated analyses. Individual responses and individual ROI Reports are not shared with sponsoring organizations.

Information Shared with Sponsoring Organizations

In many cases, an employer, coaching provider, consulting firm, leadership development program, or other sponsoring organization has engaged us to conduct an ROI assessment.

Individual participant responses and individual ROI Reports are considered confidential and are not shared with sponsoring organizations. Access to individual responses and reports is limited to the participant, authorized ROI Estimator personnel, and, where applicable, the participant's coach or program facilitator in accordance with the confidentiality arrangements governing that relationship.

Instead, sponsoring organizations receive Cohort Reports and related analyses that aggregate information across multiple participants. These reports are designed to help organizations understand overall outcomes, trends, and return on investment while protecting the confidentiality of individual participants.

Aggregated and Anonymized Data

We may use information derived from participant responses in aggregated and anonymized form for:

  • Internal analytics and research

  • Product and methodology improvement

  • Industry benchmarking

  • Development of comparative datasets and trend analyses

  • Educational content, thought leadership publications, industry insights, and marketing communications

To support these purposes, we may combine data across multiple participants, programs, organizations, industries, and time periods. Before doing so, we take reasonable steps to remove or obscure information that could identify individual participants or sponsoring organizations.

Neither individual participant responses, individual ROI Reports, nor information that identifies a participant or sponsoring organization will be used in published materials without explicit permission from the applicable individual or organization.

How We Protect Information

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide our services

  • Maintain business records

  • Support benchmarking and analytical activities

  • Comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements

When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it. The length of retention may vary depending on contractual obligations, benchmarking requirements, legal requirements, and legitimate business needs.

  • Request access to information we maintain about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of certain information

  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
